Autumn Camp: Minimum Week

Water: It's important for your child to stay hydrated throughout the day, so please send them with a refillable water bottle labeled with their name. We have a water fountain available for their use

Packed Lunch and Snacks: Please pack a NUT-FREE nutritious lunch and snacks for your child. If your child has any food allergies, kindly double-check the ingredients and inform us in advance

Comfortable clothes: Encourage your child to wear comfortable clothes for physical activities

Drop-off: Check & sign your camper in at the Front Desk with our sign-in sheet

Pick-up: Use same sign-in sheet to check your child out at the end of camp. If someone else is picking up your camper, inform us at drop-off.

MUST PROVIDE PHOTO ID DURING PICK UP. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Earliest drop-off: 15 minutes before start of camp

Pick up expectations: within 15 minutes after camp ends

Refunds are not issued for cancellations.

Cancellations submitted 7 or more days prior to the scheduled camp start date will receive a full Flowstone credit equal to the amount paid.

Cancellations submitted within 6 days of the scheduled camp start date will receive a 50% Flowstone credit.

Cancellations submitted less than 48 hours prior to camp start, or failure to attend camp, are not eligible for credit or refund.

Credits are non-transferable but may be applied to future Flowstone programs, memberships, or events. In the event Flowstone cancels a camp due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances, participants will receive a full refund of their original payment.
