Where climbing meets conditioning, our functional fitness classes are designed to build total-body strength, boost endurance, and enhance movement for both life and climbing. Every session follows the same philosophy that drives everything we do at Flowstone: show up & push hard.

A 60-minute, high-intensity functional fitness class built to challenge your limits and ignite your strength. Expect a blend of interval training, dynamic movements, and structured progression that hits every major muscle group.
